I’m so glad Zakka Life created this tutorial for recycling crayons. I’m hoping to make some banana-shaped crayons to put in the goody bags at my daughter’s upcoming birthday (she’s turning 3 and requested a “banana” party) and this how-to will definitely come in handy. There are lots of great tips! Now I just need to find some banana candy molds….

I love how she used photos of her family members on the popsicle sticks, but you could also use images of favorite characters or animals as the puppets. Homemade Toddler Toy

I’ve been seeing alot of science going on around the web and it makes me so happy. I’m not exactly scientifically inclined, so I love finding ideas that that others have done that I can try out with my own kids. Recently, Roots and Wings Co. shared some fossil-making fun that they had at a birthday party. I can certainly see why this would be hit with kids of all ages.
