Gorgeous Duvet from Thrifted Sheets

March 17, 2009

pinkpicketfenceduvet

My heart went all a-flutter when I first caught a glimpse of this duvet. I’ve been redoing my girls’ room and the beds are just about all I have left to do, so I was very excited to see this idea from Pink Picket Fence. She made the body of the duvet with two thrifted sheets, then used some coordinating fabric to add a ruffle. Love it!

We are about to redo our girl bedroom as well, so I think this will give my wife some ideas. Thanks
